Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts.

Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

Mobility Scooters and Large Equipment
Due to the size and nature of mobility scooters and other large mobility equipment, special return conditions may apply.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging unless it is faulty.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns may be the customer's responsibility.

If the item has been assembled, used outdoors, or shows signs of wear, a return may not be accepted unless the product is faulty.
Please contact us before returning any mobility scooter or large item so we can provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning your item.
